Due to construction of the Fahle Park business district in Tallinn, the facade of the former pulp plant, where earlier Pulp Street had existed, was temporarily demolished, and there will be a representative entrance with a glass gallery and the main shopping street of Fahle Park in a year. For decades the existing wall from the side of Tartu mnt is now open, and from there the view of Lastekodu Street is also opened, since previously constructed reinforced concrete ceilings were demolished. As a result of the demolition work, about 1 100 tons of concrete and other building materials were removed. The view from Tartu mnt towards Lastekodu Street will not be visible for a long time, because soon there will be built an exceptional for the Nordic countries all year round warm shopping street of passage type with a glass roof. The height of the gallery is 11,5 m, the total area is 735 sq m. In the middle of a shopping street with a glass roof more than 80 m long there will be a small pool above which a flat bridge will be located. Anchor tenant of the first part of Fahle Park, Eesti Meedia AS, will transfer to the planned 8 000 sq m all its Tallinn units (about 550 employees), as well as Stora Enso Eesti AS will transfer to Fahle Park its entire international financial center (more than 200 employees).
