Currently, the shares of five enterprises operating in the real estate sphere are circulating on the Tallinn Stock Exchange. Below is the information about the current capitalisation of these enterprises and how it has changed over the past 3 years – for the period from 26.10.2015 to 26.10.2018.

Main List:
– Arco Vara – 10,8 mn € (+10,72%);
– Merko Ehitus – 168,15 mn € (+22,11%);
– Nordecon – 31,24 mn € (-5,39%).
Secondary List:
– Pro Kapital Grupp – 90,7 mn € (-36%);
– Trigon Property Development – 2,11 mn € (-17,54%).

The total capitalisation of the enterprises of the Main List is 210,19 mn € now, which is 16,5% more than its capitalisation 3 years ago (180,47 mn €)!
