Fund Ehitus invests € 15 mn in a commercial building

Fund Ehitus OÜ together with Fund Asset OÜ will build a commercial building with parking in Tallinn, on Tammsaare tee. In the eight-floor Mauruse Maja will appear about 7 thousand sq m of office space and parking spaces for 420 cars.

In the construction of the Mauruse Maja, which will be completed in March 2020, Fund Ehitus OÜ invests more than 15 mn €.

According to the executive director of Fund Asset OÜ Timo Aarmaa, the developer who won the competition organized by Tallinn has the right to build for 50 years.

«We consider Mustamäe a very perspective development area for office space. Many employees of potential tenants live in the area, there is a technical university and several shopping centers. Thus, there is a well-established, logistically intelligent and coherent environment», — said Aarmaa.

On an one floor of the Mauruse Maja will be able to rent up to 2 thousand sq m of office space. 420 parking spaces will appear in the building and 100 more parking spaces on the plot. The possibility of parking will be offered to residents of the nearest quarters. The Mauruse Maja is built as an energy efficient and cycling-friendly building.

Fund Asset OÜ is a real estate development enterprise based on domestic capital, and, in cooperation with Fund Ehitus OÜ, it is engaged in general contracting and project management in construction.
