Subsidiary of Mainor Ülemiste has concluded a construction contract with Fund Ehitus for € 12 mn

Öpiku Majad OÜ, a subsidiary of Mainor Ülemiste AS, made a € 12 million agreement with Fund Ehitus OÜ for the construction of an office tower at Valukoja tn 10 and the first residential building in the Ülemiste town, according to the stock exchange.
The 13-floor, for 82 rental apartments, house and the 8-floor office tower of Lurich kvartal will be built at Valukoja tn 10 between the old limestone walls of the former factory “Dvigatel”. The planned period of readiness of buildings is the first half of 2020, after which the fashionable town will receive round-the-clock activity.
The building complex is designed by Arhitektuuribüroo Pluss OÜ. The construction is financed by the Estonian branch of the OP Corporate Bank.
The main activity of Mainor Ülemiste AS is the development of Ülemiste City as the largest business town in the Baltic countries, located on the territory of the former factory “Dvigatel”, near the Tallinn Airport.
On the 36 hectares of the town to date are built 130 thousand sq m leased office space where more than 10 thousand people work in more than 380 enterprises. By 2025, according to forecasts, 20 thousand people will live, work and study in the town. The Ülemiste City urban area is being developed by Mainor Ülemiste AS and Technopolis Ülemiste AS.
